Pound the fillet pcs with hammer, then marinate them in ingredients written for 3 hrs
Then fry in 3-4 tbsp of butter and oil or margarine
Fry on high flame till its browned up, can lower flame if its burning, and cook
Remove on platter
Use same pan u fried steak, if it has extra oil can remove little (using same pan cause we need the browned up steak crumbs to make sauce scrumptious)
Put all ingredients of sauce in the pan
Keep on flame and stir continously till its thicken a little, remove from flame
Add chopped parsely and pour on fried steak platter
